Welcome to NHSA's new Web site. We appreciate all the feedback received from our valued clients and with this input in mind; we have made two major changes. The first is in the look and feel of the site. The second change separates general information from the more detailed information that users require when using our products on a daily basis. With the addition of NHSA's new Seller Guides, our clients can access the policies, procedures and forms that govern NHSA's innovative products—all in one convenient location. Each Seller Guide can be viewed online or printed in .pdf format.

 NHSA Recourse Seller Guide
The NHSA Recourse Seller Guide governs the use of NHSA's Recourse Loan program which purchases, with recourse, loans that have been originated by, or assigned to, a NeighborWorks® organization.

Non-Recourse Loan Product News Effective July 1, 2009
Just Price loan products (formerly known as Emerging Market) are available at 5.99%, priced at par, and rate locked through September 30, 2009. These products allow for long-dated forward commitments.  (Approved brokers only and must clear the NHSA JPS Automated Underwriting system).
